WESEF winners
Congratulations!
Great news from the Westchester Science and Engineering Fair (WESEF) Awards Ceremony! Six seniors and one junior competed at WESEF; these seniors are our WESEF winners:
- Byron Wilson - NASA Earth System Science Award
- Sophia Lind - Office of Naval Research Award
- Caleb Lee - 4th place Environmental Science
- Maya Nitta - 1st place in Medicine and Health and earned a spot as a WESEF Finalist. Maya will be going to Dallas to present her research at the International Science and Engineering Fair along with 19 other top projects from WESEF.
“I am so happy for the students, and appreciative of the hard work and support of teachers Krista Munger and Dr. Linda Burke,” said Ann Marie Lipinski, science research teacher.
