Congratulations on a new appointment

Lisa Herlihy was appointed to the position of Interim Assistant Superintendent for Business at the Katonah-Lewisboro School District’s May 18 Board of Education meeting.

“With Lisa leading our business office, I’m confident we’ll have an effective transition into the new school year and seamless, ongoing support of all the work connected to our Bond project,” said Superintendent Andrew Selesnick.

Herlihy has been School Business Administrator at Katonah-Lewisboro Schools since August 2020. As a result, she is familiar with all operational aspects of the District’s business office. 

Interim Assistant Superintendent for Business

Prior to joining KLSD, she was the School Business Administrator and Treasurer for the Edgemont School District for six years. She also previously served as a Business Operations Specialist for the New York State Center for School Safety for seven years. Lisa earned her BA in Sociology and Social Science at SUNY Stony Brook and her MS in Educational Administration from SUNY New Paltz. She is also a graduate of the Leadership Academy sponsored by the New York State Association of School Business Officials.
