Fall 2020 Driver's Ed

Please be advised that due to opening the 2020-21 school year in a hybrid-model, including the initial suspension of extra-curricular activities, there will be no Driver’s Education classes at John Jay High School this fall.  Unfortunately, PAS Auto School, the driving school KLSD and many other school districts have contracted with for many years, is unable to fulfill its commitments at this time.

Drivers Ed Program - Spring 2020

Dear Families of Students Enrolled in Spring 2020 Drivers Ed,

Please be advised that due to opening the 2020-21 school year in a hybrid-model, including the initial suspension of extra-curricular activities, there will be no Driver’s Education classes at John Jay High School this fall.    Students who have completed the spring 2020 virtual online classes but have not completed the driving portion of the program’s requirements, may receive a half refund of paid tuition.   Any further reimbursement must be sought through PAS Auto School.

Reimbursements will be sent to families and should be received by mid-October at the latest.    Thank you for your attention to this matter and know we understand your disappointment.

Sincerely,

Steven T. Siciliano, Ed.D.
