Katonah Fire Department's Visit

Katonah Elementary School’s kindergarteners met real firefighters from the Katonah Fire Department and learned about the importance of getting out of a building quickly if they saw a fire. The age-appropriate program helped young students quell potential fears by listening to a firefighter in a ventilator mask, feeling firefighter gloves and looking at various rescue tools.
