Q and U - a great couple!

These students will never forget that Q and U work together as a digraph--a pair of letters representing a single speech sound--because they were in the room where the union happened! 

Meadow Pond Elementary School’s kindergarteners attended the annual wedding of Q and U—complete with a ceremony, letter gifts and outdoor dance party reception. 

"Thank you, phonics, for joining these two letters to never be parted."
