congrats to Will Carter!
Physical education teacher and coach Will Carter has been named the fittest educator in the world for 2022 by The Crossfit Games! To achieve this honor, Carter had to complete five different workouts in the span of two days.
CrossFit is a high-intensity fitness program incorporating elements from several sports and types of exercise. It’s a big part of Carter’s personal workout and his teaching at John Jay High School during fitness units.
“This is a classic case of someone doing what they love,” said Carter. “I love fitness and I love teaching I’m very thankful I get to both at John Jay.”
