June Highlights!

Wolves Update

"We had some major accomplishments this week in the athletic world," said Chris McCarthy, Director of Health, Athletics, Physical Education, and Wellness. "Our girl’s lacrosse completed a 3-PEAT, plus a Steeplechase Champion and a National Champion rower! It's pretty amazing!"

3-PEAT! Our varsity girls lacrosse team came back from a 7-5 deficit to outscore #1 ranked Somers 8-1 in the second half of the Class B Section One Lacrosse Championships to be crowned the Section One Champions for the third time in a row!

Girls lacrosse earned NYS Regional Championships and a trip to the NYS Final Four in 2018 and the NYS Finals in 2019!

Track and Field

Thomas Dachik, a senior, was crowned Champion in the Sectional One Track & Field Championships in the Steeplechase!

Max Goodman, a junior, finished 3rd in the 3200m event.

Rowing

Sophomore Brooke Legenzowski captured her second National Championship at the US Rowing Youth Nationals in Sarasota, Florida!

Brooke won her first national title two years ago as an 8th grader. What an incredible accomplishment!

Brooke continues the rich family tradition as she joins both of her older siblings, Carly (Class of 2020) and William (Class of 2018) as a National Champion.
