To cite a book, you need to get the following information:
Author's Name: Last, Middle Initial, First
Title of Book
Publisher
Place of Publication
Year Published (Most recent listed)

Encyclopedias
To cite an encyclopedia you need to get the following information:
Author(if one is listed)
"Title of article"
Title of Encyclopedia

Magazines
To cite a magazine, you need to get the following information:

CD-ROMs
To cite a CD-ROM, you need to get the following information:
